An interactgive community workshop to share information and solicite input on a new Historic Preservation Ordinance, that will be applicable to: (1) Properties in the Old Towne & Eichler Historic districts, (2) Historic properties outside the historic districts identified on the City's Inventory of Historic Resources (3) Properties with the potential to be designated with historic status, and (4) Archaeological and paleontological resources. The ordinance will also address criteria and procedures for recognition/designation of historic and cultural resources, and the Mills Act, among other topics.
